El domingo 15 de julio, Karo me había invitado al Museo del
Chocolate de Barcelona, donde nos había reservado una experiencia "Xocolata
& Xocolating" (Chocolate &
Chocolating). Entre las diferentes propuestas de actividades que propone el
museo, esta parecía la más adecuada dado que ofrece la posibilidad de trabajar
el chocolate negro, blanco y con leche de muchas formas.

y se inició con la manga pastelera y moldes para, en este caso, la elaboración
de tabletas, piruletas, bombones y hasta de monas, utilizando también frutas,
frutos secos,...

Las 2 horas que incluían también una visita guiada del museo
fueron una experiencia, que aunque muy básica, ofrece una iniciación muy
divertida en grupos muy reducidos (éramos sólo los 2).
The two hours, that also

Como podrán comprobar, una no ha salida siendo una profesional del chocolate... se pueden apreciar las diferencias entre lo que ha realizado Sergio y lo que he hecho yo.
