En
octubre de 2015 visitamos Miami y paseando por esta gran ciudad nos encontramos
con un restaurante llamado Delicias de España.

and, walking around this big city, we found a restaurant called Delicias de
España.
Conociendo
a nuestro pastelero Sergio, no pudo hacer otra cosa que hablar con su
propietario el Sr. Ernesto y le hizo una presentación de la pastelería que sabe
hacer.
Knowing our pastry chef Sergio, he could not do anything but talking to
its owner, Mr. Ernesto, and he presented him the pastry he likes to do.
En
cuatro horas e improvisando con los productos que estaban en ese momento
disponibles en el restaurante, demostró lo importante que es conocer los
productos y saber crear con los sabores y las texturas, personalizando
finalmente los postres con el logo de esa empresa hecho a mano en chocolate. También
busqué el modo de poner detalles con los colores de la bandera española.
In about four hours, and improving with the products available in the
restaurant at that moment, he showed how important it is to know the products
and to be able to invent with the flavours and textures, finally hand
customizing with chocolate the desserts with the logo of this company. I also
decided to add a few details with the colours of the Spanish flag.
