¡Buenos días!

Para algunos se acercan las vacaciones y con ellas, a lo mejor, algún que otro viaje. Si habéis pensado en pasar unos días en Londres este año y queréis pasar un momento dulce allí, no olvidéis leeros nuestro artículo sobre pastelerías y salones de té en la capital británica!

 - 4 Love Projects: muy especial puesto que se trata de la asociación con la que Crear Para Endulzar colabora,

 - La Bamba: mousse de Frutos Rojos cortada a mano (sin moldes) y personalizada únicamente con chocolate,

 - La Camiseta del Barça: aquí también, bavarois de Frutos Rojos cortado a mano (sin moldes) y personalizado únicamente con chocolate,

 - Primera Comunión de Marc, mi primo: otro ejemplo de retrato de chocolate hecho, como siempre, con la técnica de la rotulación (a mano),

 - Camarón: otro ejemplo de retrato con chocolate,

 - Feel It All: reproduciendo el cartel de la gira de Tokio Hotel y entregado al grupo,

 - Harry Potter, o cómo convertir un libro en un pastel.

Sin olvidar algunas monas  y pastillajes  que también se publicaron este año.

Without forgetting a few chocolate sculptures and gum paste & royal icing ones that were published this year.
